Modern’s Mailing Services Feels the Need for Speed

In December of 2010, Modern Postcard became the “first in the country” to test a new inkjetting technology in Mailing Services Production. This test was to see if we could improve addressing quality and significantly boost production speed. Well, the test was a tremendous success! The MCS Eagle UV proved itself by running over 5,000,000 cards during the four months of testing and at speeds up to 50% faster than our other inkjetters. Plus, the quality of the addressing improved, there was significantly less ink usage, and the daily upkeep of the Eagle machine is much simpler. All around, we couldn’t have asked for more.
