Collect and Send Native Files

We will need your Publisher Document, all support images, and all fonts used in the layout. You should collect them and organize them by utilizing "Images", "Layouts" and "Fonts" folders.

Caution

Publisher's "Pack and Go" feature may damages files.

1. Even if document is in CMYK it converts all graphics (vector and raster) to RGB.
2. Does not gather fonts used. It embeds the font into the file.
3. May damages vector art files.

We highly recommend collecting your native Publisher files (fonts, images & layouts) without using this feature.

• To locate your PC fonts go to C: Drive -> Windows -> Fonts folder and gather only the fonts used in your layout.

After gathering all the necessary files, you may send them to us on disk (Zip or CD) or upload them over the internet. Be sure to compress your files prior to sending them over the internet.
