Cancellations, transfers and substitutions.
If you must cancel for any reason, notify us via fax at 760.268.1761 or email DMCCregistration@modernpostcard.com at least 72 hours prior to the seminar you have paid to attend. Your registration will be refunded less a 50% processing fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the seminar are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another person via fax or email notification up to 24 hours prior to the seminar. No transfers are allowed inside of this 24 hour period. In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to cancel a seminar, Modern Postcard will issue a full credit towards a future seminar or, at its desecration, issue a full refund of the tuition/registration fee. Modern Postcard is not responsible for other charges incurred by the registrant, including hotel, travel fees, etc.
