Getting started is easy!
Just fill out the form and upload your customer file. Then, our team will reach back to you to confirm we received the customer file. If everything looks okay, we will schedule a review of your own Clarity Dashboard within 3-5 business days.
Some important notes when preparing your file:
- We will use 125, 500, or 1,000 records for the data review. You can trim your list to those quantities, or we will randomize your list to the amount you choose in the form. Note that the more records you submit, the more viable the results will be.
- Just use First Name, Last Name, and postal address, which is Street, City, State, ZIP Code.
- Upload a .csv file.

Privacy Agreement: Modern shall use Customer List solely to perform its obligations to complete the assigned job. Modern shall not disclose Customer List to any third party except as reasonably required for Modern to provide its obligations under this Agreement or as required by law or court order. This data is considered Confidential Information, and will not be used for any purposes other than intended. It will not be sold, licensed, shared with other parties.
*If choosing 500 or 1,000 records, no payment is due at this time. Amount is waived when beginning an order with Modern. If after 60 days no order has begun, we will bill for the Clarity Dashboard at that time.
