How recent is the data? 

Very recent. Just 2-3 weeks after escrow closes, we receive the data. So, each day we receive the addresses, filter by your geographic parameters (Zip Code, State, etc.), and then mail those cards.

 What filters can I use to pick which visitors to mail to? 

Choose Zip Codes or states to refine the mailings if you are a local service. If you are a national brand (mattress company, flooring or windows), you can mail to all available addresses with no parameters.

Can I change the creative for seasonal sales, different offers, etc.? 

You can change the creative on your schedule. We ask for a week to set up the updated creative in our system.

How do I track the mailings? 

We offer full transparency with a Dashboard that shows you the number of cards mailed on a daily basis, as well as a mapping display to show where the cards are being mailed.

How are you getting the data for the mailing addresses? 

The New Homebuyer program sources a propriety data feed that captures all the new mortgage data from across the country, which identifies New Homebuyers. 

Is there a minimum number of cards to qualify? 

Our minimum is 100 cards per month, which pencils out to about 3-4 cards per day. 

Do I need to pay upfront? 

No. There are no upfront costs and once your program launches we mail your cards out during the week and then automatically bill you on Fridays based on that week’s actual amount.

What is included in the price? 

The price includes the program’s set-up, printing, mailing services, and postage. If you need creative help, we can do full creative services (concept, design, and copywriting) for only $199.

How long do typical programs run?

We recommend at least 90 days for the program to be in-market and allow time to capture response data. However, many clients with home services businesses take an “evergreen” marketing approach, meaning that they run this as ongoing marketing like they would for PPC or SEO programs, knowing that any new lead and customer is worth the marketing spend.
