Upload Your Customer File

Thank you for completing the form.

Now, it’s time to upload your customer list file. Our team will review the file and reach out to confirm its receipt. Once everything is verified, we’ll schedule a session to review your personalized Clarity Dashboard within the next 3-5 business days.

Before You Upload:

  • Select the Record Count: Remember, you can choose to include 125, 500, or 1,000 records for the data review. If your list is larger, we’ll randomize it to the quantity you selected in the form. A larger record count can yield more comprehensive results.
  • Required File Format: Please upload your file in a .csv format.
  • Data Fields to Include: Your file should only contain First Name, Last Name, and postal address (Street, City, State, ZIP Code).
