We have flexible service and mailing options to accommodate your unique schedule.

Production time is calculated after your final approval is received by Modern Postcard

Deadline for submitting materials is 12:00 noon PT.
Note: Mailing lists need to be submitted at least 4 days prior to the mail date.

+ 2 Days for list processing, inkjet addressing and postal pre-sorting

Proofs must be approved by 11:00 AM PT for next business day production or 3:00 PM PT for 2, 3 or 4 day production.

Production time is calculated after your final approval is received by Modern Postcard.

Items are shipped on the last day of print production.

Shipping times will vary depending on the number of days in transit for the selected shipping method.

Production time includes business days only - weekends and holidays do not apply.

The time of year, class of mail and destination are contributing factors to the time it takes for mail to deliver.

Timely response to the Final Layout Approval is necessary to maintain production time schedule (see approval deadlines listed above)
Color proofs add one business day to production time schedule
Resubmissions/changes add at least one business day to production time schedule
Bindery options such as folding, trimming, and perforations may add one business day to production time schedule
Production time for 100lb text paper, specialty products, booklets and recycled paper products is quoted per project. Please ask your rep for details.
