The time of year, class of mail and destination are contributing factors to the time it takes for mail to deliver.

Important Factors that Affect Your Production Time
  • Timely response to the Final Layout Approval is necessary to maintain production time schedule (see approval deadlines listed above)
  • Color proofs add one business day to production time schedule
  • Resubmissions/changes add at least one business day to production time schedule
  • Bindery options such as folding, trimming, and perforations may add one business day to production time schedule
  • Production time for 100lb text paper, specialty products, booklets and recycled paper products is quoted per project. Please ask your rep for details.
